Problem

Outlook / Office 365 email setup currently appears to be a normal IMAP/SMTP username-password flow. Modern Microsoft accounts often reject that with errors such as AUTHENTICATE failed or 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, basic authentication is disabled.

Proposed small fix

Show an Outlook-specific setup note in the email account UI.
Stop implying that Outlook regular mailbox passwords work.
Normalize Microsoft basic-auth failures from the email account test endpoint into an actionable message.
Add a short docs note that Microsoft OAuth/Graph support is not implemented yet.

Follow-up

Full Outlook support should be handled separately via Microsoft OAuth / Graph Mail.
