Goal

Add first-class Outlook / Office 365 email support without relying on IMAP/SMTP basic authentication.

Proposed direction

Use Microsoft identity OAuth plus Graph Mail APIs for account connection, inbox access, and sending mail. The implementation should target both consumer Outlook/Hotmail accounts and Microsoft 365 work/school accounts where tenant policy allows access.

Notes

This is intentionally separate from the smaller UX/error-message fix for Microsoft basic-auth failures.
