Overview

Add diff-based edit_file tool and code-navigation tools (grep, glob, ls) with line-range read_file. Replaces raw overwrite behavior with safer diff-based editing.

Current State

Our fork has read_file and write_file (full file overwrite). No diff-based editing, no grep/glob/ls.

Implementation

Port edit_file with unified diff output
Port grep tool (regex search with file matching)
Port glob tool (file pattern matching)
Port ls tool (directory listing)
Add line-range support to read_file
Register tools in agent tool index
Port relevant tests
